Meet Chef Josué

Chef Josué has always had a passion for cooking. He puts a lot of pride into his dishes using only fresh produce and quality meats. So what type of food does he cook? Foods from all over the globe! 

​

He has over 30 years of experience with the food industry having worked with UCLA Dining for 23 years, where he obtained a lot of his training.

He then worked at USC where he tested recipes for the new University Village.

He is now the proud owner of Cruzin Foods Café in Encino.

He is ServSafe certified and has his Food Handlers certification. 

​

During his free time, he and his wife Evelyn like to go out for coffee, try new eateries, travel, and just have fun with their three beautiful daughters, Sidney, Danielle, and Sarah, who keep them quite busy!
